The Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for maintenance of mixed-use retail and entertainment spaces. Oversees the safety programs, planning construction, develops scope of work, annual budget preparation, and coordination with third party vendors. The position plans estimates on capital improvement projects, equipment upgrades, labor materials and other related costs for submission of the annual budget.
